Return & Refund Policy (Wall Decor Products)

We want you to have a great experience with our wall decor products. If something isn’t right, the following return and refund guidelines apply.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must include all original parts, accessories, and tags (if applicable).
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, installed, damaged by the customer, or modified.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order wall decor products
  • Products returned after the return window

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once approved, the product must be packed securely and shipped as instructed.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, the refund or replacement will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In certain cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank or payment provider first.
  • Then contact customer support for assistance.
